NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INSPECTION PROPOSED BUDGET | LOMPOC UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT

The proposed 2025-2026 budget for the Lompoc Unified School District (LUSD) will be available for public inspection at the LUSD Education Center, Reception Desk, 1301 North A Street, Lompoc, CA 93436, on June 6, 2025, during regular working hours.

The public hearing on said budget will be held on June 10, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the LUSD Education Center Board Room, 1301 North A Street, Lompoc.

The budget adoption meeting will be held on June 24, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the LUSD Education Center Board Room.

Moxi Museum Field Trip

On Friday, May 30th, Girls Inc. will take our female students to Santa Barbara for the day to tour the Moxi  and engage with interactive science exhibits.  Our female students have been working with Girls Inc.* all school year.

*Girls Inc. is an American nonprofit organization which encourages girls to be "Strong, Smart, and Bold" through direct service and advocacy.

Last Day of School

Thursday, June 5th is the last day of the school year. Teachers and staff will cook a homemade breakfast for the students which will include pancakes.  This is a minimum day, and students will be released at 12:20 p.m.

Graduation Celebration

Join us on Thursday, June 5th from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. in Room 17 as we celebrate our high school graduates at Dr. Bob Forinash Community Day School.  Graduates will receive their high school diplomas.  Snack and refrishments will be provided.
